Company's chequebook and not john's personally?
Waste of our cash. Not Johns. We own the shares, paid the cash into the company's coffer, that are then used to pay him - I just wish rather than sue shareholders (usually, as there are some non shareholders) a more equitable outcome was reached.
So does this mean the action was thrown out by the judge, given legal costs have been given back to Report Card P/L?
