Javip - I wouldn't make the mistake that it's only short term investors that are frustrated at some of the "action" within PBI. Some investors have been in PBI for literally years so have seen the shenanigans at close quarters over a period of time. If you were around PBI a year ago you'll remember that they were buying shares back in the high 30's(the hot topic on this board was why would PBI be buying shares back with so little cash in the bank?). Of course since then we've had placements at 30c and now 25c for cash that we don't have. Then we get the scenario where an associated entity YAM is buying in the low 20's then dumping at 30c just a few weeks later(which incidentally did a good job of capping PBI) in a glaring example of short termism. Long term holders have a perfect right to raise concerns about governance and disclosure even if they do see a lot of potential in the company's products.
I hold PBI.
