I’d like someone to explain to me how 300 odd inspector in a country the size of Iraq with over twenty million people are going to find anything unless the Iraqis actually present the offending material at the front door of their office.
We have a police force of tens of thousands with many specialized departments for Drugs, Illegal weapons etc yet all are still in the community.
I think the answer is if Saddam doesn’t want it to be found it won’t.
