Pls divorce wishful thinking with reality. The most likely is that they have worked out with the recent support that it is worth raising enough cash to accelerate plans earlier at this level. LT shareholders will be happy that it wasn't done at lower levels and recent shareholders (eventually) will be happy that things will happen faster in 2014 than they would have under the creep approach that they have been operating with.
Higher Share prices demand performance and management are probably saying to meet that performance they want to accelerate programs.
Only people that get hurt out of action like this are traders and they know the rules of engagement when they try to jump on moves.
