I have looked Geoff in the eye and spoken to him at the last 4 AGMs and have spoken on several occasions outside of that.
He has always struck me as a person who genuinely cares for the wellfare of his shareholders.
If there was a deal coming, would you rather they announce the deal then do a cap raise, and have to buy in at say 25c, or
Do a cap raise with the knowledge that a deal in coming that will reward those that participate.

In my opinion, GC is the sort of person that would like to reward shareholders not punish them or take advantage of a spike.

This looks like a great thing to me, as any deals are still a fair way away from cash flow, even if signed today, so this allows the company to accelerate activities that will bring more value to shareholders sooner.

I think I would prefer an insto or POC to be wanting a cornerstone stake, as I am up to my eyeballs, and wont be able to participate.

My take - This is good for the shareholders, Just have faith in GC to do the right thing.
