Perhaps we should all hold our tongues until we see the full details and purpose of the capital raising to see if it is fair to all current and future stakeholders.
As they say "the devil is in the detail" but as yet we have no detail.
Speculation does no more than raise or lower the expectations of shareholders which all change when the details are actually revealed.
