I wouldnt think a much bigger discount to that would be needed, but of course might be wrong. Maybe more wishful thinking.
As far as GC having a company to run, you are right REO, but I also like to use my gut, and with GC I think I have read him very well.
I guess time will tell who is right and who is wrong, but if your opinion is purely based on your previous exeperinces with other companies, then I would go with my (and indeed many others) experiences with Geoff.
I would be very surprised if you have met Geoff and have formed your opinion, , so am of the opinion you are just guessing, which is your right.
