I think back to the days when coal stocks boomed and the unjustified ramping of isolated resources that may never be mined but that's another story.
Not to mention the tech boom pre 2000 where all you had to do was find a penny dreadful mining stock on its deathbed and just wait for it to metamorphosise into a backdoor tech listing.
