So do you think a close at or above 13c might bring traders in (with the consequent increase in churn and volume). Would this be a commonly recognised signal for those who use T/A?

And yeah, I have no idea what's driving this so it could well be some broker activity preparatory to a raising. Personally, I'm telling myself that it is the overdue recognition of Pluton being undervalued but I'm usually wrong in these things - that's why I use trailing stops and stop losses.
