The large traders will not jump in based on a couple of indicators - something what flies up without the right momentum will just as quickly come down. What you really need is plv to stabilise around these levels as a retracement will come. Thats when support needs to come. This will determine whether market interest is there resulting in sustained SP progress or whether its some entity just buying in afterwhich the SP collapses to an area of suppport.
