That might be true Jess, but it raises the old conundrum for any investor, SI or otherwise. To dump 141 million shares in a meaningful way, you need two things.
1-enough volume to hide in, and...
2-a reason not to keep them.
In the event we get a 100mill-300-mill trading event, it'll be for a pretty compelling reason...what do they do, dump for 2-3/10 of a cent and risk missing a re-rate (lets not forget, there's quite a lot coming up over the next 6 months)
or
hold and...?
Also, any SI's not on board yet may be looking for some kind of market recognition, of either technical trend reversal, or news-led value upside.
