Interesting.

In this announcement it states that ERM have assets worth almost $1B.
Current market capitalisation is about $530M.

Normally solid companies with such assets are usually valued higher than their asset value.

Not sure but in my opinion our SP is definitely undervalued.

I have not been lucky enough in my 20 years of investing to buy a stock so undervalued in relation to asset ownership. This is a great price for a decent dividend payment also.

I think as soon as the markets starts to recover and investors see the current value with ERM things will change for the better.
