Well, we are a couple of weeks from the end of the 1/4. This is the final couple of weeks to ramp up to nameplate, and then it is all systems go. Remember there are contracts for much of the output and it has been said by management that they can sell all they produce (at 11kt pr rate), I believe.
Predicated on sales being profitable, then does anyone ask why the SP is still below 30C, and no real sign of moving too much?
Sure one can chase ghosts and blame the instos and manipulators et al.
There must be one heavy hitter out there that has run the numbers and come up with some decent profits over the next few months - why are they not filling their boots? As Mr Market tends to price in a forward profit over the next 12 months, what is stopping them from getting in before all the others?
I fear the next 1/4 report may not bring the numbers some are looking for.
