My uneducated guess is: He has a plan for history and in this plan he gave human free will to sow good or bad and men, individually and collectively will gather exactly what they sow. Please remember:Since rebellion by Satan , Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden, this world has been ruled by Satan. YES.RULED BY SATAN.That is why the Bible says this about him: (John 12:31) Now there is a judging of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out.
This is Satan's world and he is responsible for all the human suffering that you mention. But God will not allow this to go on indefinitely. Right after the rebellion in Eden, God promised a seed that would destroy Satan and restore paradise to this earth. God bless you all.
