    Neuchatel , whether the current CEO is any better than the previous CEO time will tell .
    However I would still like to see him and the board members show confidence in the company and buy the equivalent shares in not more than the previous CEO sold .

    It's also important to note the the previous CEO still has over 18m shares . For all we know he probably needed some cash .
