It sure not only look like it but the authorities have already admitted the scale of the disaster that went unreported by Tepco and to add insult to injury Tepco tried to mislead on the latest contaminated water spillage. Building an ice wall around the reactor? Is this some kind of marketing ploy to soften the public that they have a plan to contain the "problem"?
And you wonder why the spot price still on life support and the pulse weakening requiring an electric shock.
Now why am I such a bear on this sector having almost bet all my life savings not so long ago.
