Just a little bit extra on my last comment. Her husband has been working overseas for at least 20 years sending back money and they get maybe 2 weeks together each year. He can't just drop his job and come back to comfort her because their lives would be turned upside down. Kids going through university and looking after additional kids from another sister who is less fortunate, etc. I'm not looking for any pity here, just putting it out there. We need to appreciate how easy life is here, and maybe concentrate on how to make relationships work better.
