I like your projections better than mine. Havent been reading the threads for days so I wasnt aware of the $7.5 mill you quoted or where that info came from in the absence of a detailed announcement at this stage. My post should have read 10%, not 15%. i was working on the full 10% raising that was flagged to the market by the company previously. I do not have the data to calculate the 15 day vwap so worked on the recent low of .14 cents which was erring on the side of caution. 75% of this would be .105 cents per share. If they dont really need the money but the decision is to raise at this time why wouldnt they go for the full 10% and get extra money into the coffers. I am being a little conservative on future projections because i am not forgetting current MC for current stage of development. Not expecting it to trade above previous resistance of .16-165 without further news. If another deal is announced i will obviously be more bullish. All my opinion only. DYOR
