it would be a good idea if all the business grants usually given out by pollies ceased to happen and independent investment professionals(like they have in Norways fund) employed by the fund were used to invest(that money) in things that make sense
if it had been that way, we would never have this too big to fail, crappy automotive assembly industry, we would have a whole bunch of companies like QHL, COH , SLX etc being financed
