I would suspect a cleanout of sellers up to say 38....but just guessing.

Definitely has an upward momentum - question is - is it driven by independent buying - or by the broker about to close a substantial CR!! With 5% fees coming there way - buying a few shares (for their clients) to boost the price and keep the company happy makes sense for them - especially when those clients get some cheap CR stock!

Haha - time will tell.....
