    The SXY board are shrewd. I am highly confident that their offer was calculated (and not at calculating a fair value on AWE)

    AWE may now start receiving real interest from major's. It could take the heat of a potential TO of SXY off the cards for a while, and it could also encourage further major's to take a closer look at SXY for a JV.
