It seems that NWE management are happy with the share price? The low share price impacts all potential financial transactions. For example, how can you realistically expect someone to fork out $10m for 10% of EP413 (with all the "excellent results" to date) when the company mkt cap is $13m?
Getting the SP higher is vital in the medium term. One of the ways other mining and O&G companies demonstrate asset value is to benchmark data with other industry players (mkt cap per unit of resource etc). NWE seems to be content with the SP, the damage done to shareholders and does not appear to be interested in communicating why the SP is grossly undervalued? If there is value not been recognised in the SP, that needs to be communicated to the market. Silence and apathy will not help the situation.
