Thats my understanding of the deal, the company in this case SOC can essentially withdraw from "Bergen" as an ATM in chunks of 1m up to 4m.

Each time they draw the deal is established in accordance to the draw taken at the time.

So this time VWAP is 16.

Next draw if its higher then VWAP is essentially higher....

Thank for clearing that up. Am i wrong in assuming that if the options @ 25c is in the money, that once the stock goes above 25c, we'll see these guys pushing & selling this stock like mad in America?

To me it's looking like an insto type arrangement deal? The one VT has been suspecting will come for some time. This also opens up our float a bit am I right? More shares more movement potentially.
