Bergen so far have acquired around $1.1M worth at say 16c for arguement sake

The options are not really worth their time excercising and converting unless the SP is say 27-30c

For Bergen to make a decent return, they are going to need both A) a higher price and B) liquidity and movement - in the current market they would struggle to sell the amount of stock they hold

It all comes down to exactly how tight the control that SOC has over their stock is, how long we have it escrowed for and the T&C's about us buying it back from them - I will do some digging tomorrow and respond back

A 16c raise + options at 24c to an escrowed fund is a far better outcome than a 14c CR through a retail broker to just sophs who will dump at any chance - at least here the stock is held in 1 lone and largely controlled by SOC

Can't complain, good result and ends any CR rumours or talk well into 2014
