Perhaps instead of repeating subliminal feel good mantras about "delivering" to shareholders at the AGM, management could have spent some time discussing this radical shift in strategic direction to suddenly expand outside of the Cooper. That is what this is, Davies has said so today, and what has it delivered so far ..... a wipe of 8% off the value of our shares, whilst delivering free marketing and a 7% boost to a competitor.

We can spin this all we want as some master stroke of corporate genius, but it is what it is, a monumental backfire that rattled shareholders and diminished confidence that we know what we are doing. I wont forget today if I ever have to vote on an offer.

Bloody good price to load up and buy more but .....
