Kezza - I disagree that they won't be thinking about it, in fact I bet it is at the very front of their minds.

Unless they are 90%+ sure that the test will reveal the result they want (after all - they do have all the data - we don't!), the last thing the Board will want is the disaster scenario - i.e bad flow rates and no cash. That will absolutely kill the business.

Issuing 10% now (i.e. $20M) is only marginally dilutive and saves the business in the worst case scenario.

If I was on the Board - I would be very much considering a quick and dirty placement if I has someone interested!!

Anyway - we will see - but I won't be shocked if I see one.

Take a look at SEH's volume and share price increment before and after they announced a big CR. No guesses who was doing the buying....!!

As I have always said - I will be OK with a small CR in the 35-45 range! Just wasn't happy when the price was 30c (meaning a CR at 25!!)

I have taken some off the table - but still a Hold as I like the risk/reward.
