re: interesting trades Keep in mind that if Ruane does decide to 'roll-over' the SBPO's, only holders of SBP shares can vote on the resolution.That is if you hold both SBP and SBPO, you will not be entitled to vote on the roll-over of the SBPO's.
Therefore Ruane as the major shareholder and owning no SBPO's, will be able to vote
