I see this from a different perspective. Last raising was done at 8.5 cents, this raising was done at 13.5 cents: in the space of 7 months. That is a great effort.

Also they've raised $3M via a cheap and easy avenue - to me this shows restraint in that they have not bitten off more than needed and future raising's should be done at a higher SP.

To me it looks like good corporate management.
