Riskier is oits not a proven formation down there. Texas much more commercial - proven + infrastructure.

On Oil/Gas, its just the fact they can't produce the oil without the gas dealt with first as much much higher gas quantity than expected.

That's what I mean by riskier. They also have to truck oil out. ROE drops fast when you have a year to actually get anything back on the some $10m spent in Colorado.

Lets see how long Halcon take to drill AND hook into pipes in Texas.
We'll still be waiting for payback in Colorado imo.
