Perhaps the shareholders shld threaten three courses of action

1. Ask a forensic accountant to have a look at the books and report, if they have been misleading the market. It is a gaolable offence and a open invitation to a class action against the directors and sundry for compensation.

2. Threaten a class action and have the game put on trial. Direct the action against the directors personally and their accountants, families etc.

3. Complain to the ASX that they are not forcoming with information when requested and if we have enough names, they will act.

If you think this is rash, I have done it to banks and they jump.
