Is this the same "CITI" that has MMS as a buy with a TP of $18.49 just 2 weeks before the Labor party announced they intended to scrap the FBT concession on cars? MMS fell from $18.00 to touch $6.75 after the announcement.
In January, CITI are quoted as saying in one of their research papers on MMS "the risk related to material changes in the Fringe Benefits Tax as more perceived than real"
My point is that generally speaking these analysts know very little more than the experienced investor and their TP's need to be taken with a grain of salt.
