There has been a few recent t/o's mentioned this week in the asx listed junior O&G sector, which is maybe why he said that.
One was SXY wanting to t/o or merge with AWE, but no go there so they withdrew their offer.
Then recently, NSE has approached AQO with a t/o offer which also includes a j/v with a US firm Magnum Hunter, with NSE purchasing their holdings in the Eagle ford Shale in Texas, so with all that going on, that COULD be what he was referring to.
