Common sense to you might well be that the price will increase during drilling, but that doesn't make it fact, just your opinion. More seasoned opinion is besps, quite the converse of your "commonsense". That the sp will rise is certainly no "fact".
As they say, you are entitled to your own opinions, but not to your own set of facts.
