If you scrolled a page or 2 from the 14th page of their Mines and Money presentation in London where you pulled your info you would have found this:
Lance cashflow positive from Q4 2015
'nuff said IMO but I will offer the disclaimer that that is of course dependent on SEIS and SML being achieved in the current forecast times, construction going well etc.
