the problem is that this is not a true divestment.
we are getting a nominal amount to do more work on a dead project, whereas if we sold peelwood we would have that cash in the bank to use on nowa ruda, so all that is happened here is that we have given up half an asset very cheaply mind you and put more work on our plate that we dont really want.

i think the on market selling is a reaction of this announcement and that there was an expectation of a better one, ie the sale of balkans etc for cash dividends (which is still on the cards). that and we have just committed to do work we dont really want to be doing for little to no reward.
