Firstly, welcome to the POH forum. Are you one of the long term holders?
The thrust of your argument is that were some members of the Board replaced, the company's cash burn rate would be significantly (and necessarily) reduced.
Could you please explain exactly why you believe that to be so and how you think that would be achieved.
By the way, as stated previously, I also believe that some members of the Board should step down. I just can't quite see how this might dramatically reduce cash burn going forward.
