    Company CEO Greg Ellis has announced his departure and while the separation appears to be on amicable terms, Deutsche Bank analysts nevertheless concede there is risk the company falls into a leadership vacuum. This would impact on its overall performance, acknowledge the analysts.

    Otherwise, they continue to see REA as a business "well positioned". No changes to Hold rating or $40.50 price target.

    If REA meets the Deutsche Bank target it will return approximately 7% (excluding dividends, fees and charges).

    The CEO Greg Ellis has surprised with his resignation to take up an overseas job but will stay until a successor is found. The announcement follows the resignation of the CFO in November so both senior positions need to be filled.

    UBS expects priorities in the coming months to be consolidating transition to a subscription model, the move into China and responding to competitor Domain.The Neutral rating and $36.00 price target are maintained.

    If REA meets the UBS target it will return approximately minus 5% (excluding dividends, fees and charges - negative figures indicate an expected loss).
