We live in a nanny state (Australia). Most Aussies have been too apathetic to challenge the legal fraternity moving the goal posts in their direction. HC members would be aghast by the legal threats I constantly receive from publicly listed ASX companies. The whole system has gone mad and the little bloke is no longer protected from the sharks. It will take massive political pressure and judicial fortitude to drag the goal posts back in the right direction. Not likely in my humble opinion. My grandfather, who spilt blood for this country, will be rolling in his grave.
