I would have actually thought though that the news today was pretty good news, and waiting until June 2014 is hardly a train wreck and it gives the market time to see the cashflow that will flow out of Galoc. Plus NDO getting an additional 6 months before it has to pay for Bargatan is not a bad thing either. Gives them more time to manage their cashflow, and also more time to attract a farminee to the project.

I therefore can only assume the lower price represents fear of a capital raising, because surely now at 3.3 compared to Otto's 9.7 that these are now the cheaper entry into Galoc on a comparative basis (although I think OEL is being whipped along by SC55 speculation IMO).
