I think Tuesday is too late. Only half a day trading and the ann will lose some of it's novelty over Christmas and New Year. Could see a very subdued response with loss of momentum.

I'd be aiming for a Friday morning ann, to register with the market, before advisors/investors set off on their annual family pilgrimage. Or Monday morning v/latest, to allow for market absorption - normally takes a good 24 hrs for people to wake up to what's going on, before they nod off back to sleep again at this time of year.
