thomas' resignation came out of the blue and stock has not recovered since. He owns a lot of stock and will be a seller at some point ... many would have factored this eventuality into the equation.
catalysts for share price to stabilise are not likely before new year ... ie: new gun ceo (watch it fly if it's a ex-resmed or US experienced operator) OR news on fda approval.
Mind you matheson buying on market night help too.
