not cods wallop at all. SIR's Crux is at the very end/start of the Fraser Range. THR hold a relatively small position, on the red coloured geology, which I have circled in yellow
SIR hold all the ground around it thus can do the preliminary exploration work
keep in mind, AQD are next, to the west of THR, on the green coloured geology, and their 1st two hole today, came up with basically nothing
it is prudent for THR to allow SIR to do the preliminary work
