why are insiders not buying? probably simply unable to for reasons below:

Genorah - already need loans for the shares they have and this was painful enough for them. can't afford any more.

PL - probably tapped out of funds covering all the various ASX bases that he does.

Chinese insiders - no doubt already got some. probably options. they may need to avoid being seen as related party per takeover laws.

HC insiders - already over-committed or simply know that it's not done until it's done (as history is certainly teaching us)

are there any other insiders Rod?.. maybe friends/family of PL but they probably stopped listening to his stock tips ages ago...
