some thoughts and facts

1. Nkhlue brothers sold all of their inside of 145m shares at @13c - because they had to(distressed)
2. Notarization will come in Jan/mid Feb
3. Chinese director + more will come on board
4. Another approx. 450m(80%) shares up for grab and we know Z wants to control project ( have MIN. 50% at project level )
5. Genorah has another aprox. 220m + retail 220m
6. Remaining Genorah shareholders has no need to sell now(read distressed CHEAP sell off) , especially after they paid off their debt to AMED.
7. Most likely group to be attacked next is retail group
