CWH - What more could have been done? You serious?
A) Monitor their adherence to timelines
B) Communicate with them closely
C) Develop a plan B in the background
D) Do appropriate due diligence on a HOA partner in the first place!
Who knows, all of the above MAY have been done. However it certainly hasn't been communicated to us investors.
I'm not buying this "oh the assets were not that good anyway " attitude.
