No don't think it will fall below 4c it would be nice to accumulate more cheaper at a lower price but 4c seems to be the floor.
It seems to me it will stay here and jump very quickly before news is released.
They mentioned in their last announcement something was coming being the reason why the extended the rights issue date why? It seems to me because they want to announce something soon and seems to me today would make sense.
rrso - experts would value them at 2.3c with rrs a, page-15
