re: Ann: Secures up to US$25 million loan fac... cafa, you know this company well, and make loads of posts on it. Hence, you know it is not cash flow positive, and the company has said it won't be positive for some time yet.

I guess UBI will be paying the interest on this loan via their Quarterly Service Fees, which are not much- $883,000 last Quarter. The loan will set them back in terms of breaking even/being profitable, but they do have their new project coming on board soon, and cash of $14m last reported, would have been becoming a bit tight. A pity they didn't do a raising and debt mix, but long-term shareholders seem a bit annoyed with UBI, and may not have supported that.
Always one to watch- it has come off share price significantly, lately.
