Yes it does, although I will most likely try and vote against all 3 resolutions.

I do note the lack of any operation updates for the last few weeks........... I wonder why.........

Is it because they have had good results and don't want to release them as that would perhaps sway investors towards rejecting the deal, rather than voting for it.

Also of note is the fact that all this extra cash spent drilling wells is not being added to the purchase price so the buyer has got @ $20M of free work done for them.

I also get the impression from the announcement that they have yet to find something else that would make a suitable alternative!!!!

So come on AZZ give us all the true facts so that we can make a proper informed decision as to the best way to go.
