Did anyone really expect the share price to go up with this approval?
It was a 95% certainty that the approval was going to be signed, so at the very most we would have had a 5% increase - no more.

The problem as I see it is the timing. As we are not amongst the first to drill in Morocco then the market is waiting for other results first. There would therefore be a big increase if there are positive tests for Cairn / Genel and others etc, but at the moment the market assumes only limited good news from others in Morocco (which is probably right) meaning that there will be limited interest in TPT prior to its drill in mid 2014.
