    Okay Floyds, how about this:

"Ustekinumab, experimental name CNTO 1275, proprietary commercial name Stelara, (Centocor) is a human monoclonal antibody. It is directed against interleukin 12 and interleukin 23, naturally occurring proteins that regulate the immune system and immune-mediated inflammatory disorders.

In two Phase III trials for moderate to severe psoriasis, the longest >76 weeks, Ustekinumab was safe and effective.

A third Phase III trial, compared the efficacy and safety of Ustekinumab with Etanercept in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. This trial found a significantly higher clinical response with Ustekinumab over the 12-week study period compared to high-dose Etanercept. It also demonstrated the clinical benefit of Ustekinumab among patients who failed to respond to Etanercept.

Ustekinumab is already approved in Canada, Europe and the United States to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

On September 24, 2013, the FDA approved the use of Ustekinumab for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis.

Patients receive the drug by subcutaneous injections at doses of either 45 or 90 mg.

Centocor are now Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson.

Now if Unilife was about to sign a Supply Agreement with the oldest and biggest pharmaceutical company in America, number 8 in the world, what would that do to the SP? And who would stand to lose the most? And what lengths would those people go to to hurt the company in an attempt to extricate themselves from what would, in the face of such a deal, be a completely untenable position?

One could also argue that talk of lawn-mowing franchises is a useful metaphor for giving those who need it, a severe haircut...

...and psoriatic arthritis IS an auto-immune disease, which IS an area Unilife are working in....and we are also in the business of sub-cutaneous injectors...

Idle speculation, I know, but he did mention J&J!

    Ah well, back to dreaming.....
